1. Time

You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind.

The period starts on the day you receive the piece.

2. How

Write to admin@morosko.shop or +212 7 70 64 91 85 before you ship the parcel.

Give the order number and the piece.

We send you the return address. Do not ship without it.

3. Condition of the piece

The piece comes back unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in its original packing.

A piece that has been worn, washed, damaged, or that is not the one we sent, is not accepted.

4. Cost

You pay the return shipping.

We pay it if the piece is wrong or was damaged on arrival.

5. Refund

The refund is in euros, on the same payment method.

It is sent within 14 days after we receive the return and check the piece.

The price of the piece is refunded. The original shipping fee is refunded only if the piece was not as described.

6. Exceptions

• A piece made to order is not accepted back.
• A piece marked with your name is not accepted back.
• An unsealed hygiene item is not accepted back.
