Shipping
1. Route
Pieces leave Morocco and arrive in France.
The parcel is tracked. The tracking number is sent by email when the order is shipped.
2. Price and delay
The shipping price and the delay are shown before payment, in euros.
The amount shown is the amount paid.
3. Delivery
Delivery is to the address given in the order.
If the parcel comes back because the address was wrong, the cost of a second shipment is paid by the customer.
4. Customs
A customer in France has nothing to pay on delivery.
